  4. What is SolSys?
  5. ----------------
  6. SolSys is a MicroSoft Windows 3.x program that displays the current
  7. position of the nine planets in our Solar System in an icon.  You can set
  8. the icon to display one, some, or all of the planets at once, and you can
  9. specify the icon's title to display the current orbital position of any
  10. planet.  If you wish, you can also configure the title to just be a clock,
  11. displaying the current time and/or date.

  14. Installing SolSys
  15. -----------------
  16. Simply use the Program Manager to create a New Program Icon in the group of
  17. your choice and set the "Working Directory" to the subdirectory where you
  18. installed the files.  You may place the SOLSYS.EXE file in the subdirectory
  19. of your choice, but SolSys *must* be able to find it's SOLSYS.INI file.
  20. If it is cannot, then the About box will be displayed each and every time you
  21. start the program.  If you have trouble, you may set the "Working Directory"
  22. to your Windows subdirectory explicitly, or just leave it blank to have it
  23. default to your Windows subdirectory.  Just make SURE that Windows can find
  24. your SOLSYS.INI file.  See the section "Troubleshooting" in the on-line help
  25. system for more information.

  27. I also recommend placing the Program Icon in the "Startup" group so it loads
  28. every time you start Windows.

  30. If you don't already have the file BWCC.DLL, make sure you copy it to your
  31. Windows system subdirectory and erase any other older copies of it.  See the
  32. file BWCC.TXT for more information.
